I have just registered, but I still haven't received the password to access my account. What should I do?
We have sent the password to the email address you indicated in the registration form. Please check your e-mail and make a note of your password. If you have not received any communication from us, please ensure that the email address you entered is correct.
I received my password by email but I can't log in. What should I do?
Your password can contain both numbers and letters. Make sure that CAPS LOCK is not active and then type your password again. A quick 'copy and paste' will certainly make things easier for you.
I want to make a gift. Is it possible to deliver it to another address?
Of course. Before concluding the order you simply have to indicate the destination address of the goods (also abroad) and specify in the NOTES that it is a gift. The goods will then be gift-wrapped and accompanied by a greeting card. You can indicate the text of the card in the order notes.
I want to make an online purchase. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the minimum order is 20 euros.
I have placed an order. When will the goods be delivered to me?
Barring unforeseen circumstances, we will dispatch your order within two working days and the goods are delivered throughout Italy within two to three working days from the moment your order has left our warehouse.
I just placed an order. I've reconsidered. Can I cancel it?
Yes, you can. Log into your account and view your Order History. If the order is still "awaiting confirmation", write to ordini@igiardinidicataldo.it indicating the order number you wish to cancel. If the order is 'confirmed' it means that it has already entered the processing procedures; you will then receive the parcel with your purchases.

What is the fixed cash-on-delivery fee?
This is an additional cost, amounting to 6.00 euro, that the courier charges for the service of paying on delivery of the goods and is added to the shipping costs when you choose to pay on delivery.
Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately not. The courier is not authorised to collect cheques of any kind, only cash.
Is it possible to indicate a precise time for delivery?
Unfortunately not. All shipments are made by express courier, which delivers throughout the day according to its own organisational logic and over which we have no power to intervene. We therefore kindly ask you to indicate an address where someone is always present to collect your parcel. To facilitate delivery, we advise you to indicate your business address (an office, a shop), the name of a neighbour to whom you may entrust the goods or to authorise the doorman to collect your parcel.
Can I get an invoice for the goods ordered?
Of course. You can request this in the order notes, specifying the company name, VAT number and tax code. If not requested at the same time as the order, it will not be possible to issue an invoice afterwards.
